I walked through the baby aisle today to grab a gift and I was shocked once again at the latest and greatest gadgets that have become available in the past 3 years since Samantha was born. For about 10 seconds I had a fleeting thought in wishland of “I should have another baby”. The thought was very short lived as I realized I just really wanted to have another baby and wedding shower to replace all the worn and well used items that need to be retired in my home.

So imagine my surprise when Nicole sent me one of her fabulous 20 Questions Memory Albums for Samantha for her 3rd birthday! Fantastic – I get to enjoy a latest item without going through childbirth all over again. Hooray!
The album is produced by Blurb and is the perfect size at 7 x 7. If you know Blurb, then you know their quality is stellar.
From the ages of 3 to 18, I will ask Samantha the same 20 questions. We giggled as a family as we listened to Sam answer the questions at the dinner table. The entire time I interviewed Sam, I kept thinking… I so wish I had this for my oldest 3 children. I was right back in wishland.

On the inside cover I included a 6 x 6 picture of all four kids.

The title page has some adorable fonts.

Here is the first page and Sam’s answers at the age of 3:

I have to tell you that this 20 Questions Album and Project Life are all that you need for memory keeping. They are my perfect combination for memory keeping. I still love to make an occasional mini-book but that is more for a creative venture than for record/memory keeping.
So head on over to Nicole’s blog. She has fabulous and inspiring scrapbook pages, projects, and custom stamps. She is also a new design team member for Ormolu. Go here to see Nicole’s post about these albums and the fabulous colors they come in.
But more important than her talents is her heart. Nicole is perhaps one of the greatest gifts that I have received since starting this blogging adventure. I treasure our online friendship and look forward to meeting her one day soon.
Blessings sweet friends – Jenny
This album was a gift from Nicole, but this post and the opinions in this post were 100% completely my own.

A small shipment of core kits will become available shortly and then a pretty unlimited supply will become available again in October according to Becky’s website. I’ll let you everyone know on my Facebook page as soon as I hear about availability.

LOV this Jenny! Can’t wait to try it with Kaleb! You are right. After this year doing Project Life I am also thinking there I don’t really need all the other scrapbooking stuff. Great feeling isn’t it? Have a great week!
Jenny
You will LOVE this book Marilyn. Such a treasure. Have a terrific week as well.
Sarah
love this! Thanks for the tip! And that is my favorite photo of your darling girl.
Jenny
It’s my current favorite as well. Funny since she actually has food in her mouth and she was being such a pistol when I took it. But it fits her perfectly!

Jenny,I Love This!! My kids are 18, 22 and I wish I had this back in the day. I was thinking maybe I could come up with 20 different questions for older kids that could still be asked on their birthday. Maybe your creative self could help me. haha Possibly, how many kids do you want, and what will their names be? Or, Where would you like to travel some day? Or, who is your best friend? I want to do this. I know you kinda do this in Project Life already. Any other question ideas, let me know cuz my daughter’s b.day is in a couple weeks. Great time to start. : ) Anyone else reading this could throw me their ideas as well. This is cool. Have a great day!

Here are some thoughts that come to mind:
If you could have any super power, what would it be?
What kind of parent do you think you will be?
If you could travel to one place today and money wasn’t an object, where would you go?
What is the nicest thing that your mom/dad ever did for you?
What meal reminds you most of home?
Where is your happy place?
10 things that are beautiful about you right now.
3 favorite childhood memories.
See Cathy – you got me going! I think I will die before I run out of story/journaling prompts.

I love this Jenny, you are so creative! Hayden and Morgan’s favorite song right now is Call Me Maybe as well… go figure!
Jenny
I shouldn’t admit this but I’m secretly addicted to that song and the funny videos made from it. I guess it isn’t such a secret now.

Thank you for your kind words Jenny! I’m so happy you like it. I love the photos you included in your book too. She is such a cutie! I think Samantha and Morgan would have a blast playing princess and enjoying a spaghetti dinner together.
Love you sweet friend!

I have the same table cloth from Williams-Sonoma in both blue and white! Outstanding taste! Oh, and the 20 Questions book is a grand idea! Wish I’d thought of it 10 years ago!
